Auto open popup

Hi,

We want one of the forms to Auto Pop open on a specific page but cannot work out the code we need to add for this to work.

When user goes to this page:

http://www.macandwood.co.uk/kitchen-and-dining-tables/

We want the form to Auto open popup after 10 seconds.

What code to add to the page to make this work?
