All Products Showing & php warnings.

I have 2 separate problems. 1st problem. I just upgraded the plugin today on my site and now all the products are showing, not the single category I selected. You can see this here:

The other problem and the reason I upgraded is that now I am getting .php errors. when showing a page.

Here are errors:
