In response to your request for more information on my previous post that was sent by you a week ago, I’m just copying my reply in-case you hadn’t noticed it. My customers cannot access this information and cannot leave reviews. I really need to get this sorted as soon as possible.

When a customer clicks on that link for a product item, they cannot access the tabs:

I’ve tried on multiple different devices both Windows based and Apple based as well as tablets, computers or smart phones.
This problem has only recently occurred. These tabs have been perfectly functional since I first bought the theme.
You can access these tabs when I look at my site from within my WordPress Admin backend however.
I have made no changes to the coding of my site so am very bemused as to why they have stopped functioning.
It appears to be same problem on all my product pages.
I’ve noticed this custom CSS code in Theme options which I hadn’t noticed before. Looks like it’s something to do with the problem. I’ve removed the code and looked to see if it makes any difference but still the same problem so I’ve put it back in it’s original location.
