Add New Form: Not possible to save form

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I bought your DHVC Form plugin and wanted to add a new form.
The form builder page opens and I can make my choices as usual,
but when I want to save the new form, the button doesn’t react.
So I am not able to save the form and I am not able to create forms on my homepage.
If I analyze the button in google chrome inspector there is an alter failure message when I try to click the save form button:

Please help me out. It's really annoying that I can't create a form although I paid for this.
