Accecpt privacy policy checkbox below e-mail subscribe on the main page

For the GDPR compliance it is oblgiatory in the EU to add a “accept privacy policy checkbox” below the subscribe to newsletter text on the main page.

Could you please support me, and the rest of the users in how to do this?
Or will this be added in the next update?
