Hi. I have been trying to get your form working but things don’t seem to be working properly. Although it send info to mailchimp (only one list – see previous post) it is not saving the data in my database anymore. I have the “save form info” checkbox checked it only saved some of the fields initially and now it does not save at all.
Also – it is not sending me the data via email anymore either.
