I made all ready a lot of forms with this fantastic plugin for Visual Composer.

Today I made a new form on this page: http://olympicrunningteam.com/talentendag/

Like you see I got tw buttons, but I just made One?

the other rblem is that I don’t get by the buttons the data in my database or inbox of my mail.

Can you help?
