Hi,

I am receiving a follow up email when I enter in the information into the form fields but for some reason both my entries show no data.

1. In an email, I get the fields but not the information that was typed in there.

2. In the entries section, I get a notification, but nothing appears.

I sent a couple screenshots to help show you what I mean.

I don’t know what I am missing? do you have instructions?
