For some reason, the form settings do not like our Google V3 Recaptcha keys, and they worked before. There was a red error message that said there was a user error, and the forms would not submit. “ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type” and “Please verify that you are not a robot.”
It will not let us send or Receive any forms.
We removed the codes and still get this message at the bottom of each form.
“ReCaptcha plugin needs a public key to be set in its parameters. Please contact a site administrator.”
There are 2 other places on the site and in the theme plus Contact Form 7 plugin that uses the recaptcha codes, too. There is a badge on your home page that shows it is protected.
When we submit a test, we also get this message, even though all fields are completed. “One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again.”
Any suggestions as to how to correct this?
