i have a few points, that i am very unhappy about.

First of all? I am missing settings for the sidebar in your Custom Page builder…
Usually in site options it´s possible to activate the sidebar. In your Plugin it´s just possible to integrate the sidebar by “Element” ( https://prnt.sc/zb8npd ). So i could set it up with this part. That´s not the most terrible on your plugin. The point is, i asked if the widgets for “filter by price” and so on, on my sidebar will work. Your support said “YES!”, but that´s not true!!! The widgets will be shown in sidebar, but they will not do any effects! They are simply not working! That´s not all, but a little bit about my first issue with your plugin.

Second: There are just no options to make the side responsive? Am i wrong? How to do the setup for responsive design???

Third: Any widget you place on the page is absolutly not working! Also there are no site settings! If you do not have CSS knowledge or something similar you will not be able to customize the page sufficient. And if i have these CSS knowledge, that i need, that your plugin works correctly, than i don´t need your plugin, because in this case i could customize pages directly from CSS! So what´s wrong with this?!

PS: Also your Support Forum is sometimes not reachable, site is very slow and so on.

So far i am really unhappy with my purchase. I would be happy if you have some fast answers for me for these problems.
I still did not rate your plugin. I will wait untill you gave me some answers and i checked out the plugin completely. So i hope i am just not porfessional enough to use your plugin correctly and i get some helpful tips from your support team.

For you. I am using Xstore theme, current version of Woocommerce. Maybe these are important information for you.
