Hello could you please check. I’m using the plugin on https://cdunord.de/

I’m trying to the form with Mailchimp but although the email is correct and all required fields are filled I’m receiving an error message: “The email parameter should include an email, euid, or leid key” 

Please look at attached screenshots – could you help?
