Hello,

I create a subscribe newsletter form on my site.
The form in mailchimp have two custom fields and I add this custom field in DHVC Form (FIRST_NAME and LAST_NAME).
I test with the fields not required but only the email was ok, the other fields was empty.
I attach image to see what’s wrong.
