We were recently made aware of an issue with our custom add to cart notices no longer working as they once were before.

We have a custom shortcode modal which pops up the select options for adding an item to the cart. Once the add to cart button is clicked the page reloads and the modal once loaded showed the wc_print_notices using our own hook (see imgs for code).

We have tried to override it this end but it looks like you have added in your own hook and we need to edit this to get it to work with our code again.
