I created successfuly several forms with DHVC Form for Visual Composer; after 6 month I wanted to edit the forms, but the editor window is blank. So I cannot update the form fields. This is a catastrophe!

I have the most recent versions of DHVC Form (2.1.2) and Visual Composer (5.5.5)
