My client equilibriumnatural.com.au has discovered that any new products added to their website over the past few weeks are not showing in the Woocommerce shop pages.

An example category is ‘Christmas Gift Boxes’, 5 products have been added but none show when viewing the category page for ‘Christmas Gift Boxes’, these products are however showing at the bottom of the side navigation in ‘Popular Products’ listing.

I’ve been able to assign older existing products to the ‘Christmas Gift Boxes’ category and these products do show on the category page. If I create a NEW product or duplicate an older product to create a new instance and assign the ‘Christmas Gift Boxes’ category then these product instances don’t show up.

With your experience of this theme and with Woocommerce are you able to suggest what might be causing this problem?
