I have been using your plugin for a few months now and all of a sudden it stoped working,

i see the brands selection on all the product pages but my short-code generator is missing, and in the footer i have a widget drop down list for brands it was working but now it just goes to a 404 page i have tried disabling all plugins and i have tried to reinstall the plugin, but no luck , please help this is a feature my client absolutely wants, thanks.
