Hello –

1. the horizontal forms are not formatting well when I am using it on my website. They are staggered and do not look good and can not publish because of its look.

2. When you hover over my submit button, the theme button shows. I would prefer to use the theme button rather than the plugin button. How can I achieve this?

3. Also, you can see the formatting of the ‘Submit’ title on the button is also off.

4. How can I have the entries emailed to me as they are submitted?
