Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have another problem with your plugin:
1) I added a form in the plugin and customized it
2) then I added DHVC Form with visual composer to my site
3) there is an dialogue to select my form
4) but there are no options to select because my created form is not here.

Can you help me out please?
