Under (Appearance > Theme Options > Header > Header Background) I have a gold image set so it can appear on all of the product and category pages.

But on a few individual Pages, I have uploaded specific images for that page. However, the image from the Theme Option appears for a few seconds before the individual Page header image loads.

How can this be fixed? I will include a video showing how the gold background pops up before the other image can load.
