I need help with product variation images.

I upload one photo for each variation and expect it to change respectively when customer picks a variation. However, there is only one blank image which does not change.

But if I click on the right arrow, the photo comes up. So it’s there, but the main product image is blocking it.

Can someone help me sort this out?
