Is it possible to have the DB entries save with an additional unique identifier that pulls from a form element such as Form Text Label:Last Name? Currently I have no way of determining what entry I need to review based on ID, Date or Form Name (see attachment). Having entries listed with an additional field of Last Name would be a great help.
