Please help I have been trying to figure out a problem for a couple of days and I need to launch a PPC campaign, I thought this would be an easy one but no submission email is being sent when a form is submitted – I need this help right away as I am holding up the whole campaign because of this the domain is ia.stratus.com and I am using this with ConvertPlug when you click on the ‘Contact us’ at the bottom of the page you will see the form.

Please please please help ASAP!!
