The email recipient is defined from General Settings?

I have setup a ‘Contact’ form and although if the confirmation appears ‘Your Message has been sent. Thanks.’, there is no message arriving. Not a reply email sent.

I tried php mailer as well as SMTP in the plugin’s settings with all options.Also i tried Check email plugin and i receive email.
