The submitted form is being sent to my web hosted (network solutions) email address but the content fields are blank. It just provides the label headings without any of the entered text/data.  I’m using the PHP mailer as well.

Also, I noticed when I uncheck “Save Submitted Form to Data?” Is only when I get the “On successful submit” message to display.
