Hi,

I have bought your plugin but it does not show up when editing the page (Pages -> Contact page-> Edit).I do not see the visual composer bar while editing form (Forms -> Edit).

I have WP 4.0+WPBakery Visual Composer 4.3.3+Visual Composer Extensions 2.6.0 with
Vertikal 1.5 theme.
