Hello DHVC support,
For months now, my client has been experiencing this problem intermittently. The form just stops sending the data to him via email. What has seemed to correct this problem thus far has been to update the plugin every time you release an update, which has been very frequently over the past 6 months. I assumed you were having issues with the plugin and had to keep updating it to fix this issue. But now, the issue is happening again, and there is no recent update to the plugin for me to install. So what gives? Why does the plugin just stop working, and stop sending the data via email?? I will provide you with the site credentials in a follow-up private comment.
