how can I set up the image-size for your vc team member shortcode?
If I use a photo that width is larger than 300 px, your shortcode use the thumbnail (square like 600x600px). I want to have the picture in same proportion like the uploaded image. And I dont want to upload an image that is smaller than 300px, because the quality just sucks. I saw that you use to do that on your demo-site as well, to get the right proportion of the image, but the quality is very bad on mobile when one team-member is shown per row.

– The first member has a max width 300px -> proportion is right but have a realy bad quality on mobile.
– The second member has this dimensions: 500 × 750 but shown as: 500×600 px
– The third member has the resolution that I need (676x1000px) -> but is displayed as square.
