There is nowhere in the Theme Options to set the default settings for the Page Title and Template. So, to turn on the Page Title I have to manually go to each page and go to Page Settings > Custom Page Heading and set it there. I cannot do this for individual products as they don’t have the normal settings, and it would be ludicrous to have to do on each product anyway.

The same with the template, I have to manually set which template I want to use in each page.
