Hey guys just got visual composer and the single product woocommerce add on

Whenever I drag any “single product woocommerce” element into the spot I want, it comes out blank. I have already set my woocommerce product to route the page I am building. I am looking at the youtube tutorial for this and they just drop all the elements and everything shows up fine. What am I doing wrong?
