Hello, I am in need of some assistance with the blog post page. I would like to have the main photo (thumbnail) of each blog be a square vs a rectangle. I would also like the top of each photo to align with the top of the box (so people’s heads aren’t cropped off).

I would like to also have the video blogs also have the same square main photo so the posts on the page look uniform.
