hope you can help me. Your plugin is causing an error message on my website

Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /xxx/dhvc-form/dhvc-form.php:67) in /xxx/dhvc-form/dhvc-form.php on line 67

(xxx is replacing the normal path to the php file)

I deactivate the plugin but offcourse now my form are no longer working.

What can I do?
