There is some problem with Shop composition I came (it was an attempt to circumvent the problem of creating a new version of the site and “Import demo”, but an error occurs anyway).

Problem occurs, when i change “Page Heading’ from “Custom” to “Default”. When I update page, i found nothing.

Then, trying to change back (“Default”-> “Custom”), but error remains.

Also on site updates, You made: there is some rational possibility to update the theme automatically, rather than every time to remove it from the /themes folder and install it again?
