I think the MailChimp options for DHVC Form could be better, to make it the perfect form plugin:

In most cases our customers do not habe “Get Newsletter” form, but a “Contact Form” with a “Get informed” checkbox.

I would love to say something like “If checkbox ‘Newsletter’ is activated, then submit the E-Mail Adress to Mailchimp”.
And it would be great to choose the Mailchimp target list in the form, because different forms could use different mailchimp lists.
