Thank you for the great plugin!

Only thing is that i have three hopefully small problems left in building my page.
My category page is not showing the standard plus/minus buttons next to the quantity field. I know that the quantity is not supported by the plugin. I’m using the increment buttons and tools.

It also has the problem that the size of the productscolumn is flexible. When there is a product with a longer name it’s not outlined nicely anymore. Is het possible to set a size that all products have?

Hopefully the smallest question? I want to add the SKU in the categorypage but that doesn’t seem to work in woocommerce ways. So this should probably be added in the DHVC plugin somewhere?
