Hello. I cannot send notification email. In addition to that, even I submit sample form, it doesn’t store data at all.
Can you check it? Is server required some php extension, etc? Should I use other WP Plug-in to send out email to use your DHVC Form?
(I also tested with SMTP, but that didn’t work as well.)

I would like to send URL and ID/Password.
How do I send it to you in private?
