2) BUT THE SECOND ONE DOESN’T, IT ALREADY HAS MY EMAIL BUT I’M NOT RECEIVING ANY EMAILS?
I just have 2 more concerns and that will be it.
1) When I submit form, the webpage reloads automatically? instead it should show a message “message has been sent” or something?
2) Where can I put my email address so I also get a copy/notification to my email?

I have contacted my hosting provider and they said there are not issue from their side.
Also when the postman plugin is activated I’m not able to reset my password but when I deactivate I’m able to receive password on my email.
Do i have to try any other similar plugin for configuration? what do you suggest?This reply has been marked as private.
Please see my conversation with Hostgator below, they still says its not from their hosting and its from the wordpress plugin.
Please advice what should I do next.

I contacted my hosting provider again but they keep telling me its not from our side, I don’t know how to explain them.
Can you please tell me what exactly I should tell them so they can understand?
Also I contacted the Host Gator to check the server problem here’s what they said.
“We don’t see that there is an issue with the server for your gmail to not receive the notification, We will not be able to replicate the issues from the plugin to gmail”
They think this issue if from the Plugin.
