Form not shown on Frontend

Hello I just purchased the DHE Form Builder and made one form but makes the whole page in the frontend just blank – please look at the screenshot. Even the text and heading is no longer shown on the page. The admin menu is affected too

Could you please check? Is there a conflict? I’m using elementor pro and ThemeRex Add-on
