The Urami theme not support Header style like your image. If you want custom from Urami’s headers style, you can follow steps:

1. Switch your site to use Urami Child theme
2. Go to Theme options and change ‘Header Style’ to use ‘Header Style 2’
3. Copy file urami-wp/template-parts/header/styles/style-2.php paste to urami-wp-child/template-parts/header/styles/style-2.php
4. Then you can edit file urami-wp-child/template-parts/header/styles/style-2.php

Dear, I check your site and I see the image can’t load in email because your image have special characters ( see attachment)

Also, I check email with ‘Sample Order’ I see the image still load in email.

So, please change your image name with Enghlish and check again. You can read more in this article

Dear, that is feature of theme, to create it, you need create product attribute with type ‘Image or Color’ then add new Variable Product and select attributes for product.

Dear, I check again and I see that problem because conflict with .counter CSS class of Popup Maker plugin on Admin menu bar. to fix that problem. Please add custom PHP code to file functions.php of your theme to hide Popup Maker menu on admin menu bar.
