I go to check your site. i see your theme have multiple single product layout (custom of WOO single product). i see your use Product Page layout “Full width” and name of layout full with is “single-product-fullwidth”, so, the plugin not working with custom layout. I have go to plugin, change filter “single-product” to “single-product-fullwidth” to work with your them.please see attachment

I go to check your site. i see your site use “Genesis Framework” and “Genesis Framework” have custom template of Woocommerce. please download and extract file “single-product.zip” and override file “wp-content/plugins/genesis-connect-woocommerce/templates/single-product.php”
