Dear, the Slider field in DHVC Form use jQuery UI Slider plugin, i have check again, i see jQuery UI doesn’t have touch support. we’ll check plugin again and release new version 1.3.10 to fix this problem in jQuery UI.

Dear, i think this problem with WooCommerce Variation Swatches and Photos plugin because i have check your site and when deactivate WooCommerce Variation Swatches and Photos plugin it’s working, and we have old version, you can get WooCommerce Variation Swatches and Photos latest version in HERE to check it.

Dear, the default variables select in product in Woocommerce always show
above add to cart button and Woocommerce now support to custom it,the mean the plugin can not support you to custom variables select in product single page,

Dear, to remove Add to cart button, please go to file $yourtheme/functions.php and add custom code to remove it.

function dhvc_hide_add_to_cart(){
    return '';
}
add_filter('dhvc-woo-add-to-cart', 'dhvc_hide_add_to_cart');

Or you can use custom css to hide it.
CSS CODE:

display:none !important;
}
