The Support forum not auto add subscribe for user, I think you manually subscribed forum topic. If you want unsubscribe, you can go to profile page on Support forum then go to tab ‘Subscriptions’ to unsubscribe. Or you can change email of your profile to other email.

Also, You need switch to use Urami child theme and move all custom code to file functions.php of urami child theme, because if you add in Urami theme. It will lose when update theme.
