Importing Demo via (tools: wordpress import) error

Compliment to the Lovely theme created!!

Having some problems of importing the demo with the instruction of the content.xml file: after I chose the existing user (admin:wayne) and tick to download and import, it went to a page says :page no found.

please help on how to import the demo properly or manually?
