Custom field image displayed as text (post id)

I added some custom fields to my products. Some of them are text-based en some of them contain images. When I use DHWC to add these custom fields to my Product Template, it works fine with the text-based fields. The fields containing an image do not give the result I wanted. Instead of the images I uploaded at the product pagina, it results in some text displayed. This text seems to be the post id of the related image.

What do I do wrong? And what do I have to do to get the image displayed instead of this text?
